London, 17 March: Matrix Racing Academy 2013 - Team Launch
Matrix Racing Academy revealed their 2013 line-up with a launch event at the Look Mum No Hands cafe in London on Friday. Several members of the nine-rider team were presented to a packed house. They included National Points Race Champion Corrine Hall and National Derny Champion 2011 Hanna Walker.
The team, which is managed by Stefan Wyman, has seen a considerable shake-up from 2012 with the departure of five riders, including Penny Rowson. In their place are Emma Grant, Corrine Hall, Melissa Lowther and Gabby Day. The team will also benefit from the mentorship of Helen Wyman, a European and British National Cyclocross Champion. The reinvigorated team is looking to achieve results both in the UK and in Europe.

Title sponsor is Matrix Fitness, manufacturers of fitness equipment and a division of Johnson Health Tech which sponsors the women's Johnson Health Tech Grand Prix Series.
The team will ride bikes supplied by Velocite, equipped with SRAM Force Groupset, Fast forward Wheels, Ritchey Components, and Schwalbe Tyres. Skoda Cars provide race transport.

Presented alongside Matrix Racing Academy was Bonito Squadra Corse, an amateur team based near Milton Keynes sponsored by Bonito Bikes.
