Charitable Links
Alongside key technology partners team boss Bob Stapleton introduced the team’s charitable partner Right To Play, headed by founder Johann Koss, four-time Olympic Gold Medalist in speed skating. Right To Play, formerly called Olympic Aid, uses sport and play as a way to help disadvantaged children in some of the most deprived areas of the world. Koss, described the relationship with the team, “it’s fantastic that we at Right To Play can be promoted and work together with this exceptional team... kids in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the world see that these athletes standing on the podium care about others who haven’t had the same advantages as athletes. This message is unique in the world of cycling, in the world of sport.” |
